Returns 

I do my very best to provide quality products you will love. I want my customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your items and I will be happy to find a solution. I will replace, or you can return for a full refund. 

 

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #. 

​Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 

All sale items are non refundable or returnable**​

Please make all Returns to address provided on the slip included in your delivery (or email me at danielle@heartsonsleeves.co.uk for address confirmation) 

Exchanges 

My customers are very important to me and I want you to be completely satisfied.

 Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

 If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact me and I’m happy to help you with the process.

​You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which I unfortunately cannot refund.

Cancellations 

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days. 

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS POLICY:

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchasing.
Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
